Hi, I'm Sheena, and I've learnt first-hand how to build a small business that actually thrives, without losing your na-na in the process.
Over the past 25 years I've built and grown multiple businesses, from a tiny solo health practice through to the busy Melbourne acupuncture clinic I run today with a team of eight. I've raised two gorgeous kids alongside all of it, mentored and coached my team and other business owners, and of course learnt a stack of valuable lessons from the many bumps and scrapes along the way (there were plenty).
I'm a bit of a self-professed business nerd. I love figuring out what works, what really doesn't, and how to apply it to your dreams. I'm also a certified life coach and experienced business mentor, so we get to look at the whole picture, the practical and the personal both.
My coaching blends practical strategy, clarity and good old common sense, with as much ease and lightness as I can bring to it. Because hey, this is meant to be enjoyable, right?

And the heart of it? I do this work because it brings me genuine joy. I'm here because I love helping women find real balance, purpose and success in their lives.
